##INGREDIENTS FOR LEMON PICKLE##:
* Lemon pieces(deseeded and cut into 8 pieces)
*Water (very little)
*Salt to taste
*Chilly powder as needed
*Pinch of dry roasted mustard seeds powder
*Gingelly oil as needed
*Mustard seeds
*2 tbs Jeera Seeds
##MAKING OF LEMON PICKLE RECIPE##:
*Pressure cooker+lemon pieces+little water+pressure cooker for 15 minutes+transfer into a bowl+salt+chilly powder+mustard seed powder+gingelly oil+mix it +rest it for 2 days+ *Pan +gingelly oil+mustard seeds+jeera seeds+add the soaked lemon pickle+cook it by added enough gingelly oil untill oil oozes out+lemon pickle is ready & store it for months.
