##INGREDIENTS FOR GOBI MANCHHURIAN##
*Cauliflower
*Maida(as needed)
*Cornflour(as needed)
*Pepper powder
*Salt to taste
*Water (as needed)
*Oil as needed to deep fry
*Chopped ginger
*Chopped garlic
*Slitted chilly
*Onions
*Capsicum
*spring onion
*Salt
*2 tbs soya sauce
*2tbs vineger
*cornflour mixture(1tbs cornflout+little water+mix it)
##MAKING OF GOBI MANCHURIAN##
*Boil cauliflower in salt water for 5 minutes and drain it and keep it a
side.
*Sprinkle maida on the cauliflower so that each pieces coat well with
flour
*In a bowl, add corn Flour + pepper powder+ salt( little) + water + make
it into a thick paste & apply it on cauliflower ( which is coated
with maida flour)+deep fry them in oil+
*In a pan + 1 tbs oil+ chopped ginger+ chopped garlic+ 2 slitted chilly +
onions( large pieces)+ capsicum ( large pieces)+ spring onion ( few)+
toss them for 2 minutes ( don't over cook)+ salt+ chilly powder+ 2 tbs
soya sauce+ 2 tbs vinegar+toss the veggies+ water( be careful while
adding water)(as needed) + let it come to a boil+ cornflour mixture( in a
bowl add 1 tbs cornflour+ little water+ mix it without lumps)+ add
fried cauliflower+ saute them for 2 minutes+gobi manchurian is ready
