#INGREDIENTS FOR PULIYOGARE PASTE:
*2 tbs of dhaniya seeds
*1tbs of pepper seeds
*Few fenugreek seeds
*1 tbs of black sesame seeds
*5 tbs of oil
*5 to 6 dry red chilly
*Peanut as needed
* Mustard seeds
*Channa dal
*2 to 3 dry red chilly
*Pinch of hing
*Tamarind extract
*Cooked Rice as needed
##MAKING OF PULIYOGARE##
*pan+dry roast dhaniyas+ peppers seeds +fenugreek seeds+sesame seeds+grind it & keep it aside.
*2 tbs of oil+dry red chilly+fry them+ grind it into a paste+set it aside *1 tbs of oil +fry peanuts
*2 tbs of oil+mustard seeds+channa dal+dry red chilly+hing+ saute them +seed it aside *pan+boil tamarind extract untill thick+tempering+grinded chilly & masala powder+instant puliyogare powder is ready. *Mix it with rice & eat when ever needed.
