METHI FULKA With ZERO OIL || Healthy Breakfast Recipe|| FENUGREEK LEAFY FULKA

 


##INGREDIENTS FOR METHI LEAVES FULKA##: 

*1 &1/2 cup of atta/wheat flour 

*Salt to taste 

*Few green chillies 

*1/2 tbs ajwain seeds 

*Pinch of hing 

*1 cup of methi leaves 

*1 tbs of oil 

*Water as needed 

##MAKING OF METHI LEAVES##: 

*Bowl+atta+salt+green chillies+ajwain seeds+hing+methi leaves+oil+mix it+water+make it into a soft dough+ roll it+make it into fulka 

##BENEFITS OF METHI LEAVES##: 

*Methi leaves helps to control cholesterol. 

*The antioxidants in fenugreek prevent cell damage.
