Home made potato wedges|| Make easily potato wedges with rice flour and corn flour

Now you can easily make spicy crispy potato wedges with the basic items available at home. 

Ingredients for potato wedges: 

*2- sliced potatoes 

*salt to taste 

*1tbs- oil 

*2tbs-chilly flakes( I made it at home by coursly crashing dry red chilly in mixer) 

*corn flour-3tbs 

*rice flour-3tbs 

Method for making crispy potato wedges: 

Take two clean potato. Peel the skin and cut it into slices. put the pieces into hot boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes so that starch is removed from the potatoes. Transfer the drained potatoes into warm water and let the potatoes cool down for 5 minutes. Take them into a bowl add salt+ chilly flakes+ corn flour+ rice flour+oil+ mix it well and keep it in freezer for 1/2 hour and then deep fry it in oil. Serve it with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise sauce. 

Kids favourite potato wedges at home is ready
