##LADIES FINGER FRY INGREDIENTS##:
*4 tbs oil 500gms chopped ladies finger
*1/2 tbs salt
*1 tbs chilly powder
*1tbs cumin powder
*2 tbs coriander powder
*turmeric pinch
*mustard seeds
*urad dal
*curry leaves
##EASY BHINDI FRY METHOD##:
Oil+ mustard seeds+urad dal+curry leaves+fry till golden brown+chopped ladies finger+ fry it without lid+ fry it until the sticky substance vanish from it+ salt to taste+ chilly powder+ coriander powder+cumin seeds+fry it for 5 minutes+ now its ready to serve. This bhendi fry goes well with dal fry or plain ghee rice*
