Healthy mushroom fried rice recipe without using Ajinomoto: 


*2tbs -oil chopped garlic, carrots, capsicum, mushrooms

*1tbs -tobasco sauce or vinegar 

*1tbs- tomato ketchup 

*2tbs-pepper powder 

*2 cups- cooked rice 


Oil+garlic(cook untill golden brown)+chopped carrots,capsicum( cook it in high flame and don't cover the lid)+mushroom pieces( fry it untill it shrinks)+vinegar+tomato ketchup+ pepper powder(cook it for 3 min)+ cooked rice( rice should be separate without stickiness. it is better to cook the food through draining method) Now our yummy mushroom fried rice is ready to serve.
