Ingredients for making rasam:
*small lime size tamarind- to extract juice
*large size smashed tomatoes
*5 smashed garlic
*1tbs cumin seeds
*1tbs dhanya powder
*pinch of hing
*1tbs sambar masala
*handful of chopped coriander leaves
*pinch of hing
*3tbs pepper powder
*1tbs oil
*1/2 tbs mustard seeds
*1/2 tbs urad dal
*4 to 5 curry leaves
* 3 to 4 dry red chilly
Making for Rasam with sambar powder:
Take a vessel+ tamarind extract+crushed tomatoes+ crushed garlic+ cumin powder+ dhanya powder+ hing+ pepper powder+ sambar masala+chopped coriander leaves+ hing+ 3 to 4 glass of water( adjust according to your taste)+ keep it aside. take a pan+ turn on the flame+ 1tbs oil+ mustard seeds+ urad dal+ curry leaves+ dry red chilly+ add rasam into the the pan( be careful while adding rasam into the oil)+ let it come to a boil. take a vessel + salt+ transfer rasam into it from the pan.
