Home made potato wedges|| Make easily potato wedges with rice flour and corn flour

 

Now you can easily make spicy crispy potato wedges with the basic items available at home. 

Ingredients for potato wedges: 

*2- sliced potatoes 

*salt to taste 

*1tbs- oil 

*2tbs-chilly flakes( I made it at home by coursly crashing dry red chilly in mixer) 

*corn flour-3tbs 

*rice flour-3tbs 

Method for making crispy potato wedges: 

Take two clean potato. Peel the skin and cut it into slices. put the pieces into hot boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes so that starch is removed from the potatoes. Transfer the drained potatoes into warm water and let the potatoes cool down for 5 minutes. Take them into a bowl add salt+ chilly flakes+ corn flour+ rice flour+oil+ mix it well and keep it in freezer for 1/2 hour and then deep fry it in oil. Serve it with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.

Ladies Finger Fry || Bhindi Fry || Recipe which makes children eat Vegetables

##LADIES FINGER FRY INGREDIENTS##: 

*4 tbs oil 500gms chopped ladies finger 

*1/2 tbs salt 

*1 tbs chilly powder 

*1tbs cumin powder 

*2 tbs coriander powder 

*turmeric pinch 

*mustard seeds 

*urad dal 

*curry leaves 

##EASY BHINDI FRY METHOD##:

Oil+ mustard seeds+urad dal+curry leaves+fry till golden brown+chopped ladies finger+ fry it without lid+ fry it until the sticky substance vanish from it+ salt to taste+ chilly powder+ coriander powder+cumin seeds+fry it for 5 minutes+ now its ready to serve. This bhendi fry goes well with dal fry or plain ghee rice*

Healthy mushroom fried rice recipe without using Ajinomoto: 

INGREDIENTS: 

*2tbs -oil chopped garlic, carrots, capsicum, mushrooms

*1tbs -tobasco sauce or vinegar 

*1tbs- tomato ketchup 

*2tbs-pepper powder 

*2 cups- cooked rice 

##MAKING OF MUSHROOM FRIED RICE##: 

Oil+garlic(cook untill golden brown)+chopped carrots,capsicum( cook it in high flame and don't cover the lid)+mushroom pieces( fry it untill it shrinks)+vinegar+tomato ketchup+ pepper powder(cook it for 3 min)+ cooked rice( rice should be separate without stickiness. it is better to cook the food through draining method) Now our yummy mushroom fried rice is ready to serve.

#Ingredients of Rava Laddu##: 

*3 tbs ghee 

*badam &raisins

 *1 cup rava 

*1/2 cup coconut pieces

 *2 to 3 elaichi 

*1/2 cup of jaggery 

##Making of Rava Ladoo##: 

* 3 tbs ghee+ badam & raisins+ keep it a side. 

* Roast rava along with 2 tbs of ghee+till it is roasted well+ grind it along with elaichi+ in pulse mode+ keep it aside. 

*coconut pieces+ grind coursly. 

*Jaggery+little water+ melt it completely+rava+ grated coconut+ fry for couple of minutes_ make it into ladoo's

##INGREDIENTS JOWAR MURUKKU##: 

*1 cup urad dal

*3 cup jowar flour 

*salt to taste 

*pinch of turmeric paste 

*2tbs of sesame seeds 

*half tbs ajwain seeds 

*pinch of hing 

*5 to 6 tbs of oil 

*oil to deep fry

 

 ##MAKING OF DIWALI SPECIAL MURUKKU##:

grind urad dal+sieve +transfer into a bowl+jowar flour+mix it well+salt+sesame seeds+ajwain seeds+hing+turmeric powder+oil+mix it well +till it gets the mould consistency+gave the shape using a murukku maker+deep fry it

##INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN CHICKEN##:

*1/2 cup of palak leaves
*8 green chilly
*1/2 cup mint leaves
*1/2 cup coriander leaves
*1/2 tbs kasturi methi
*whole garam masala cloves, elaichi,cinnamom
*1/2 squeezed lemon
*1tbs ginger garlic paste
*2tbs oil+1/2 tbs garam masala
*salt to taste
*2tbs curd
*cream

##MAKING OF GREEN CHICKEN##:

Pan+ Palak+fry for 3 minutes

MASALA FOR CHICKEN:
mixer+palak+mint leaves+coriander leaves+kasturi methi+whole garam masala+squeezed lemon+paste

CHICKEN MARINATE:
chicken pieces+1tbs ginger garlic paste+2tbs oil+1/2 tbs garam masala+ grinded paste+salt+2tbs curd+cream +mix well

##Ingredients for Mutton Curry##:

*500gm mutton
*2 cups of water
*pinch of turmeric powder
*4tbs oil
*whole garam masala
*1tbs feenel seeds
*medium sized onion
*1tbs ginger garlic paste
*1/2 cup coriander leaves
*medium sized tomato puree
*salt to taste
*chilly powder
*1tbs dhaniya powder
*1/2 tbs cumin seeds
*2tbs mutton masala powder
*1 cup of coconut milk


##MAKING OF MUTTON GRAVY##:

cooker+mutton+water+pinch of turmeric powder+cook it for 30 minutes

cooker+oil+whole garam masala+fennel seeds+onions+fry till golden brown+coriander leaves+tomato puree+cook untill oil ozzes out+salt+chilly powder+dhaniya powder+cumin powder+mutton masala+cook it well+coconut milk+again cook for 20 to 30 minutes for soft mutton+ Yummy & tasty mutton curry is ready.
