KUZHI PANIYARAM INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
1 cup maida/ 1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup dry roasted rava
1 cup water
10 tbs oil
PREPARATION OF KUZHI PANIYARAM:
take a vessel+ sugar+ maida+roasted rava+ water+ soak it for over night or soak for 8 hours. Batter should not be too thick nor too thin. Add pinch of cooking soda to the batter. take a paniyaram pan grease it with oil. Pour the paniyaram batter into it and let it fry. Just within 2 minutes turn it ups and down so that the paniyaram gets a ball shape. now cook it in a high flame so that it gets golden brown colour. be carful while cooking in high flame as it get burnt quickly. Now our tasty and yummy kuzhi paniyaram is ready.
