##INGREDIENTS FOR PINK POORI RECIPE##: 

*Oil as needed 

*1/2 tbs of Ginger garlic paste 

*1 small cup of beetroot 

*1tbs of pepper powder 

*2 large cup of atta flour 

*1 tbs of jeera seeds 

*1tbs of kasturi methi 

*1/2 tbs of ajwain seeds 

*1 tbs of chily flakes 

*1 tbs of oil 

*Salt to taste 

*1/2 cup of buttermilk 

*Water as needed 

##MAKING OF BEETROOT RECIPE##:

 *Pan+ 1 tbs oil+ginger garlic paste+saute them untill raw smell goes off+ beetroot pieces+1 tbs pepper powder+toss them +grind it into a fine paste. *Plate+atta flour+jeera seeds+kasturi methi+ajwain seeds+chilly flakes+1 tbs oil+salt+buttermilk+water as needed+make it into a dought+ roll it + deep fry them

*1/2 kg boneless chicken 

*1 tbs ginger garlic paste 

*Salt to taste 

*Chilly powder as per taste 

*Pinch of turmeric powder 

*1 tbs of cumin powder 

*Few kasturi methi 

*1 tbs garam masala 

*1 tbs oil

*3 tbs cornflour 

*1 egg 

*3 tbs oil (for frying) 

##MAKING OF CHICKEN 65##: *Bowl+boneless chicken+ginger garlic paste+mix it well+salt +chilly powder+ turmeric powder +cumin powder+kasturi methi+garam masala+oil+schezwan sauce+mix them together+cornflour+mix it+egg+marinate well for whole night +fry them in a nonstick pan just with 3 tbs oil.
