Homemade SCHEZWAN sauce without Preservatives || Just Prepare & Store SCHEZWAN SAUCE upto 3 MONTHS

##INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY SCHEZWAN SAUCE##: * 1 cup deseeded DRY RED CHILLY 

*Water as needed 

*2 tbs oil 

*2 tbs chopped garlic 

*2 tbs chopped ginger 

*Salt to taste 

*1/2 tbs Pepper powder 

*2 tbs soya sauce 

*2 tbs tomato sauce 

*2 tbs vineger 

*1 tbs sugar 

 

 ##MAKING OF SCHEWAN SAUCE##: 

*Bowl+deseeded dry red chilly+soak in water for 3 hours+grind it into a paste+set it aside *pan+oil+chopped garlic+chopped ginger+saute them for 2 minutes+dry red chilly paste+let it come to a boil+salt+pepper powder+soya sauce+tomato sauce+vineger+sugar+let it cook untill it becomes thick+ spicy red hot sauce is ready+ can be used to make MANCHURIAN, CHICKEN 65 or FRIED RICE.

##MILLETS IDLI DOSA INGREDIENTS##: 

*1 cup urad dal 

*3 cup millets(i have used all the millets together jowar, brown top,foxtail,barnyard,kodu & pros) 

*small cup of channa dal 

*soaked poha(small cup or hand ful) 

*salt to taste 

##MAKING OF MILLETS IDLI DOSA##:

*urad dal+millets+channa dal++wash well soak it for whole night(use the millets soaked water while grinding the batter) *Next morning+add soaked poha+salt +grind it+ ferment it for 8 hours+ batter doubles in size##healthy millets idly dosa batter is ready##

 ##MILLETS IDLI MAKING##: Take a idli tray+apply oil+ pour the batter +steam them+#millets idly is ready# 

##MAKING OF MILLETS DOSA##: On hot tawa, make dosa +apply oil +flip them and dosa is ready.

##INGREDIENTS FOR DRY FISH SNACKS##: 

*Dry fish 

*Water to clean it 

*2 tbs besan flour 

*1 tbs maida 

*Salt to taste 

*Chilly powder 

*Pinch of turmeric powder 

*1 tbs cumin powder 

*Water to deep fry 

*Fried curry leaves 

##MAKING OF DRY FISH SNACKS##: 

*Bowl+wash dry fish well+ soak in water for 30 minutes+remove from water+besan flour+maida+salt+chilly powder+turmeric powder+cumin powder+ very little water as needed+ mix it and make sure each dry fish coats well+deep fry them+garnish with curry leaves +serve it for evening snacks

*1 glass milk 

*1tbs yeast 

*Pinch of sugar 

*2 cup of salted maida( I have mixed salt with maida)

 *Water as needed 

*2 tbs of oil 

 ##MAKING OF BUN##: 

*Bowl+milk+yeast+sugar+maida+water (as needed)+oil+make it into a dough +ferment it for 1 hour+it doubles in size+gently press the dough so that air bubbles escapes+ take a part of dough+make it into a round shape +dust it with a flour+ preheat the air frier & bake the buns.
