*1 large cup of curry leaves *14 garlic pods *4 green chillies *Little tamarind *Little water *Salt to taste ##TEMPERING FOR CHUTNEY##:
*3 tbs oil
*Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
*Jeera seeds
##MAKING OF CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY##:
*Mixer+Curry leaves+garlic+green chillies+tamarind+water+salt+grind it into a fine paste+set it aside
*Pan+oil+mustard seeds+curry leaves+jeera seeds+add the grinded curry leaves paste+cook it for 5 minutes+curry leaves chutney tastes best with RICE
