How to make MOOLI KA PRATHA

 


Mooli ka paratha ingredients: 

*1 cup grated mooli

*2 cup of wheat atta 

*salt to taste 

*2 tbs oil 

* water as needed 

Mooli ka paratha recipe:

*Wheat atta+ grated Radish+ salt+ oil+ water if required(*** as radish has water in it don't add too much of water. Use the radish water to make the dough***).+ make it into a dough. Take a pan+ place the rolled dough+ fry on both sides and then apply oil+ fry it on tava untill it gets good colour+ now our radish paratha is ready to serve with kurma

Simple Way To Make PIZZA SAUCE Just in 15 Minutes... MUST TRY RECIPE!!!

 


Recipe of pizza sauce ingredients:

 *5 tomatoes( make slits on it) 

*1 medium size onion 

*6 dry red chilly 

* 20 to 25 garlic pods 

* little water 

*salt to taste 

*pinch of sugar 

*1/2 tbs chilly power 

*1tbs cornflour mixed with little water 

How to make pizza sauce: 

Take a cooker+ tomatoes+dry chilly+little water+keep it in whistle for 3 min+remove dry chilly and tomatoes in a plate+ in the same left over water add onions+ garlic+ whistle for 3 min+grind tomatoes, dry chilly, garlic, onion. Take pan+paste+ let it boil + salt+ chilly powder+sugar+ cornflour water+ let it boil and become thick+ now our yummy pizza sauce is ready

SWEET KUZHI PANIYARAM RECIPE WITH PANIYARAM PAN

 


KUZHI PANIYARAM INGREDIENTS:

1 cup sugar 

1 cup maida/ 1 cup all purpose flour 

1 cup dry roasted rava 

1 cup water 

10 tbs oil 

 

PREPARATION OF KUZHI PANIYARAM:

take a vessel+ sugar+ maida+roasted rava+ water+ soak it for over night or soak for 8 hours. Batter should not be too thick nor too thin. Add pinch of cooking soda to the batter. take a paniyaram pan grease it with oil. Pour the paniyaram batter into it and let it fry. Just within 2 minutes turn it ups and down so that the paniyaram gets a ball shape. now cook it in a high flame so that it gets golden brown colour. be carful while cooking in high flame as it get burnt quickly. Now our tasty and yummy kuzhi paniyaram is ready.

TRADITIONAL RASAM without RASAM MASALA

 

 

Ingredients for making rasam: 

*small lime size tamarind- to extract juice

 *large size smashed tomatoes 

*5 smashed garlic 

*1tbs cumin seeds 

*1tbs dhanya powder

 *pinch of hing 

*1tbs sambar masala

 *handful of chopped coriander leaves

 *pinch of hing 

*3tbs pepper powder 

*1tbs oil 

*1/2 tbs mustard seeds 

*1/2 tbs urad dal 

*4 to 5 curry leaves 

* 3 to 4 dry red chilly 

Making for Rasam with sambar powder: 

Take a vessel+ tamarind extract+crushed tomatoes+ crushed garlic+ cumin powder+ dhanya powder+ hing+ pepper powder+ sambar masala+chopped coriander leaves+ hing+ 3 to 4 glass of water( adjust according to your taste)+ keep it aside. take a pan+ turn on the flame+ 1tbs oil+ mustard seeds+ urad dal+ curry leaves+ dry red chilly+ add rasam into the the pan( be careful while adding rasam into the oil)+ let it come to a boil. take a vessel + salt+ transfer rasam into it from the pan.

Home made potato wedges|| Make easily potato wedges with rice flour and corn flour

 

Now you can easily make spicy crispy potato wedges with the basic items available at home. 

Ingredients for potato wedges: 

*2- sliced potatoes 

*salt to taste 

*1tbs- oil 

*2tbs-chilly flakes( I made it at home by coursly crashing dry red chilly in mixer) 

*corn flour-3tbs 

*rice flour-3tbs 

Method for making crispy potato wedges: 

Take two clean potato. Peel the skin and cut it into slices. put the pieces into hot boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes so that starch is removed from the potatoes. Transfer the drained potatoes into warm water and let the potatoes cool down for 5 minutes. Take them into a bowl add salt+ chilly flakes+ corn flour+ rice flour+oil+ mix it well and keep it in freezer for 1/2 hour and then deep fry it in oil. Serve it with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.
