Homemade SCHEZWAN sauce without Preservatives || Just Prepare & Store SCHEZWAN SAUCE upto 3 MONTHS

##INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY SCHEZWAN SAUCE##: * 1 cup deseeded DRY RED CHILLY 

*Water as needed 

*2 tbs oil 

*2 tbs chopped garlic 

*2 tbs chopped ginger 

*Salt to taste 

*1/2 tbs Pepper powder 

*2 tbs soya sauce 

*2 tbs tomato sauce 

*2 tbs vineger 

*1 tbs sugar 

 

 ##MAKING OF SCHEWAN SAUCE##: 

*Bowl+deseeded dry red chilly+soak in water for 3 hours+grind it into a paste+set it aside *pan+oil+chopped garlic+chopped ginger+saute them for 2 minutes+dry red chilly paste+let it come to a boil+salt+pepper powder+soya sauce+tomato sauce+vineger+sugar+let it cook untill it becomes thick+ spicy red hot sauce is ready+ can be used to make MANCHURIAN, CHICKEN 65 or FRIED RICE.
