##INGREDIENTS FOR RAW MANGO PICKLE##:

*1Kg Mango *30 garlic pods *8 to 10 tbs of salt *10 tbs of chilly powder *2& 1/2 tbs of mustard powder *Chilly pieces *1/2 tbs of hing *Gingelly oil (as needed) ##TEMPERING FOR MANGO PICKLE## *Mustard seeds *Jeera seeds ##MAKING OF RAW MANGO##: *Raw mango+ garlic pods+salt+chilly power+ mustard powder+ mustard powder+chilly pieces+hing+mix them well+gingelly oil(adding more oil will prevent pickle from spoiling) +mix it well+let it rest for 2 days in a pickle jar or glass bowl. *After 2 days+pan+mustard seeds+ jeera seeds+pickle +let it come to a boil (DON'T OVER COOK THE PICKLE)+Home made mango pickle is ready.
