##INGREDIENTS FOR SARDINE FISH FRY##: *Sardine Fish 

*1tbs ginger garlic paste 

*Salt to taste 

*Chilly powder 

*Turmeric powder 

*1tbs cumin powder 

*1tbs dhaniya powder 

*Lime juice 

*1 tbs kabab masala 

*oil as needed 

##MAKING OF MATHI FRY##: 

*Sardine fish +ginger garlic paste+salt+chilly powder+turmeric powder+cumin powder+dhaniya powder+ lime juice+kabab masala+mix it+ fry them in 2 tbs oil or deep fry them 

##BENIFITS OF SARDINE FISH##: 

*Sardine fish has highest levels of OMEGA 3 

*They contanin a great source of CALCIUM & VITAMIN D. 

*It has lowest levels of MERCURY.
